The festival is Saturday, May 6, 2023, 10am-10pm.   Schedule of setup times will be assigned just prior to the event upon finalization of festival layout.  Booths must be completely setup by 9am Saturday.  As a courtesy to all vendors, please unload all of your booth items into your space then move your vehicle to designated parking prior to setting up your booth.  TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

1. El Reno Main Street reserves the right to deny application if the products/menu presented do not meet the quality standards or are offensive to the family friendly atomosphere.  Vendors must upload pictures of their booth setup.  
2. CANCELLATIONS: MUST be submitted in writing via email at director@elrenomainstreet.com.  Space that is not occupied without notice will be considered a no-show cancellation and may jeopardize future participation for any events by El Reno Main Street.  BOOTH FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
3. Festival Hours are Saturday, 10am - 10pm.  Your booth must be manned during that time and ready to serve when festival opens.  Festival ends at Saturday 10pm, you may not break down your space until that time.  Failure to comply may jeopardize future participation at any El Reno Main Street events. 4. Generators are allowed but may not exceed 75db.
5. No animals (including pets) are allowed inside the festival area with the exception of identifiable service dogs.
6. No tobacco products including vapor or e-cigarettes prohibitied within the festival area.
7. No outside alcoholic beverages may be sold.  Beer and wine may be purchased by approved vendors and in the designated areas.
8. No controlled substances, firearms, weapons of any kind are permitted with in the festival area.
9. Sales Tax (8.85) must be collected and paid to Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC).  A valid tax id or social security number will be collected and reported to the OTC.  El Reno Main Street is not responsible for vendor fines as a result of failure to report.
10. Please be respectful of other vendors, their space and their products.  El Reno Main Street works hard to keep an clean and organized festival.  
11. El Reno Main Street is not, will not be responsible in any way, for loss or damage to participant's property.  Vendors are responsible for their personal property liability.
12. Booth Space is 10x10, additional space is extra.
13. Booths may NOT be sublet or shared.
14. Non-Food items are prohibited in the food court area.  NO EXCEPTIONS
15. All vehicles must be removed from the festival area immediately after unloading and may not return until after festival has closed.
16. Only official ERMS motorized carts and emergency vehicles will be allowed within the Festival during operating hours.  If you need to restock, please be prepared with wagon/dolly.
17. All displays, menu pricing, signage, etc. that vendor needs for booth is the responsibility of the vendor, as well as designed, constructed and operated in good taste.  El Reno Main Street reserves the right to take down/remove any display/vendor it deems to be inconsistent, offensive to the festival.
18. HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE:  The Vendor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of injury to persons or damage to displays, equipment, or other property brought upon the premises and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the El Reno Main Street Program and its owners, servants, agents, and any employees against all claims or expenses for such losses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of the use of space at the Festival.  The Vendor understands that the El Reno Main Street Program does not maintain insurance covering the Vendor ’s property or lost revenue and it is the sole responsibility of the Vendor to obtain such insurance.”
19. In the case of a circumstances rendering Burger Day Festival unsafe or impractical:Burger Day Festival plans to go forward with additional safety precautions in place, as recommended by the CDC, state health officials, and local government. However, if it is deemed that conditions are too dangerous to public safety the event will be POSTPONED to a later date.  In the case of the Event POSTOPONEMENT, there will be NO REGISTRATION REFUNDS for 30 or less days.  For 30+ days the vendor will have a CREDIT FORWARD applied to their account on El Reno Main Street/Burger Day Festival.  The credit will expire if you are a no show at the next Burger Day.
